Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will my law firm start getting leads?
Most of my clients start seeing leads within the first few days of launching the paid search campaigns on Google and Bing. SEO by it’s nature will take longer and is best seen as a mid to long term approach.
What law services can you generate leads for?
I can effectively generate leads for all law services that are frequently searched for on Google. Example ones include: family law, divorce, conveyancing, employment, criminal law, LPA, probate, disputes, etc
Who do you work with?
My law clients are located across the UK and vary in size. However, they are always established firms with several staff members as they need a team and internal processes to help support the volume of leads I generate. Due to my levels of resource and demand for my services I have to be very selective with who I work with.
How can we work out the profit generated?
My tracking makes it very clear which customers from calls, contact form completions and emails were driven via Google Ads and Bing Ads. This allows you to easily cross reference them against your own internal database to work out the revenue and profit generated?
How much will it cost per click?
This will vary by client and search phrase due to the levels of competition and other factors. However, please don’t dwell on this, the main thing to assess is the overall profit generated from the activity.
How do you protect against click fraud?
I use advanced third party software to automatically identify and block fraudulent clickers from seeing your adverts.
My website isn’t great, will your services still work?
In most cases yes. This is because if a website is not ideally set up for advertising I will build tailored self contained Google Ads and Bing Ads landing pages. Of course having a great website is still beneficial to conversion rates but it is not necessarily a show stopper.
What are your fees?
My charges vary by client due to the different levels of account complexity and targeting. Some clients for instance may just want to acquire conveyancing leads in their surrounding area, whereas others may have several services they want to target such as family law, employment, probate, etc. These may even be for multiple law firm offices. Therefore a custom approach to price is always necessary.
What is the minimum Google Ads spend amount for your services?
A law firm client must be willing to spend at least £1,000 per month on Google Ads excluding management fees for me to consider the work. This is to ensure enough data is flowing through the system in order for me to optimise the performance effectively. Any less and it can make the account very erratic which doesn’t benefit the client. Bear in mind that the average service billing for a law firm is considerably higher than this so the risk of not breaking even is very low.
What guarantee do you offer?
I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on my monthly management fee. Put simply I know what works in this sector so I’m completely confident in what I can deliver.
